Nev's Roof Restoration Policies
- Nev’s Roof Restoration Pty Ltd agrees to complete the work outlined in the quote in a workmanlike manner and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Nev’s Roof Restoration will perform all roofing services in accordance with plans, agreed scope of work, and Australian standards.
- A quote cannot be changed or negotiated on after work has commenced. If the scope of work of the initial quote changes, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
- The quote must be paid on the day the work is completed.
- The customer agrees to give access to a reasonable amount of water & electricity to Nev’s Roof Restoration while work is completed.
- If the customer chooses to cancel work, they will forfeit any deposit money paid, subject to the expiry of any cooling-off period.
- We reserve the right to cancel work due to unforeseen circumstances, solely at our own discretion.
- Nev’s Roof Restoration will not be held accountable for weather conditions or other circumstances which delay work.
- No responsibility is taken for roof/surface/gutters and other fixtures that are damaged during the roof restoration process if they are found to be rusted or in otherwise poor condition (e.g. weathering due to age).
- Nev’s Roof Restoration reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, with changes taking effect on the date at which the customer is notified of these changes.
- The customer must contact Nev’s Roof Restoration immediately upon discovery of any presumed defective work. The customer agrees to notify Nev’s Roof Restoration within 48 hours of any defects. By right of law, Nev’s Roof Restoration will be entitled to the first opportunity to repair alleged defective work. If Nev’s Roof Restoration is not granted this opportunity, the customer will void all warranties and relieve Nev’s Roof Restoration of any liability.
- Nev’s Roof Restoration reserves the right to hire subcontractors for any part of the contracted work.
